All return requests must occur within 30 days of receipt. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
Only unused items in their original packaging may be returned.
Personalized items are not refundable.
If an item arrives to you in a damaged state or if you receive the wrong item, we will either exchange or give a refund. We need photographic proof of the damage. Please do not throw away the packaging if it arrives damaged. Take photos of the product and packaging and email them to us at email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one business day. Please note that your bank may not show the refund for much longer.
Refunds can often take several days to show up in your bank/credit card account. Please give it at least a week after we tell you we have sent the refund before contacting us. Also, call your bank or credit card company to make sure the refund isn’t pending before reaching out to us.

Before shipping the product back to us, please email us at email@example.com to discuss the nature of the return. If we accept the return, we will send you shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of damage or a mistake made by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
